They not only needed expertise shaping and
finishing the wooden handles for their pruning
saws, they needed a source to assemble and
finish these saws - right down to branding
the logo on the side.
We devised a plan to combine manufacturing
and assembly into anintegrated process so
saw blades and raw lumber come in  one door,
and completely finished goods go out the other
